Target: Wellbeing updated Chair Based Exercise Guide (resource) The Chair Based Exercise Guide has been produced by Oldham Community Leisure Ltd, in Partnership with Age Concern, through the Target: Wellbeing funded get up and Go Project.

Cycling Enabling updated Cycling Enabling (profile) PROJECT UPDATE 2012
- Cycling Enabling has submitted applications to BIG Lottery for both the Supporting Change and Impact funds.
- Project doing very well with almost 700 beneficiaries overall.
- Following a successful publicity campaign carried out at a Road Safety Event for Scout and Guide leaders in St.Helens over summer, 15 groups benefited from basic maintenance courses.
Food for Thought updated Food for Thought (profile) PROJECT UPDATE 2012
- The project continues to hold two café sessions per month at different locations. In addition it has hosted additional café sessions. The themes for the sessions have covered:
•Childhood Memories exhibition & creating own childhood memory.
•Making Christmas crafts
•Creative writing session with Oldham Libraries
•Life in the cotton mills reminiscence session.
