This interactive workshop helps to prepare for increasingly competitive markets, new commissioning and procurement circumstances and generating income from commercial activity, all this while maintaining the ethical and social objectives of Social Enterprise.

This event is aimed at a broad range of delegates- from those with no experience to those who have attempted and/or succeeded in finding new/alternative sources of funds.

The programme looks at what opportunities could be out there, how the commissioning/procurement environment is changing and what an enterprise must do to align its offer to the needs of the 'buyers' (whether contracts, grants or other sources of funds).

The workshops are highly interactive and practical; drawing on the experience of delegates (for the benefit of all those in attendance) as well as presenting information based on evidence collected from the research into 'Financial Diversity'.

Additionally, tools and methods will be offered to enable an enterprise to maximise its efforts in diversifying income and ensuring the organisation is 'fit to tender' and 'fit to deliver' through improved marketing, as well as effective planning, systems and procedures.
