This session informs participants about strategies for sustainable funding, including a practical needs-analysis tool, which will help you plan how to develop your project to be sustainable beyond Target: Wellbeing. The session also draws upon resources from a variety of 3rd sector infrastructure support agencies, including Co-ops UK, NCVO, and Office of the Third Sector. Areas covered include social enterprise, co-operation and collaborative working, as well as commissioning. The training will be useful for project workers, managers, and volunteers, who are already starting to think about their strategy beyond their Target: Wellbeing funding, or to projects that have a specific remit to make their services sustainable. Programme leads may also find it useful to attend, in order to better assist in the forward planning of the projects they support.
