By the end of the session you will:
- Be able to identify the level of best practice within volunteering and focus on what is achievable to this end.
- Be able to identify the volunteering journey for individuals, beginning with good skills assessments in order to place appropriately, support volunteers to diversify their roles and finally ensure volunteers can step out of their work in a positive way.
- Understand the Coordinator's role and how to keep healthy within it.

This is a great session for anyone who works with volunteers (or would like to) and wants to learn more about how to support them.
