This workshop aims to explore the relationship between Commissioners and Providers. These relationships can vary greatly, so how can you create the most productive dialogue? We will be hearing from both sides as to what they feel contributes to a positive relationship and striking the right balance between commissioner or provider led services. We will also be exploring how to decide on the appropriate outcome measures for Physical Activity Contracts.

The breakout sessions will give an opportunity for discussion around individual experiences relating to provider commissioner relationships and outcome measures, so come prepared with an overview of your key performance indicators and measuring tools as well as any particular key issues you'd like to discuss.
