Cycling Projects (who run Target: Wellbeing’s Pedal Away and Preston on Wheels projects – see above for links) are proud to be hosting, along with Sefton Council, this year’s Wheels for All Conference on Tuesday the 10th May. The one day conference will be held at Crosby Lakeside Activity Centre.
The conference aims to develop and disseminate cycling initiatives, knowledge and expertise on best practice procedures. There will be the option to choose from five different workshops depending on your interest.
It will be an excellent opportunity to network with people involved in disability cycling, third sector, governing bodies and other Wheels for All centres. We have some excellent guest speakers from British Cycling to the English Federation Disability Sport.
The programme for the 2011 conference has been announced and can be downloaded at the link above.
As you will see, we have a great conference lined up for you with a diversity of presenters covering a range of subjects, this will make another interesting chapter in the book of Wheels for All conferences.
