A PQQ is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire used during the commissioning process. The PQQ enables the contract manager to ascertain who is fit to tender. The PQQ is sent out prior to the tender specification in order to ensure that the potential provider meets the necessary requirements.
Pendle Community Network are offering not for profit voluntary organisations active in Pendle a mentoring service.
The mentoring service aims to highlight the type of information that is being requested in a typical PQQ and encourages organisations to collect the relevant documents and evidence they will need to complete one.
