A Woodland Treasure Hunt, With Families Fit For Life in Knowsley
A fun filled activity day was enjoyed by families recently as part of Families Fit for Life.

Families took part in a woodland treasure hunt and outdoor adventures at Barnstondale Activity Centre on the Wirral.
Adults also had the opportunity to experience wall climbing, abseiling and archery, whilst the children were cared for by HomeStart volunteers.
The day was the final session of the Families Fit for Life 10 week course, funded by target; Wellbeing, which provides families with the opportunities to develop healthy living skills and knowledge through a range of interactive weekly sessions, including healthy cooking, active play, healthy eating, stressbusting and more.
