PROJECT UPDATE JANUARY 2012
- Volunteering sessions have been held on Fishwick Bottoms and Haslam Park Local Nature Reserves with ponds cleared and seeds harvested for propagation.
- Other recent activity has included orchard and woodland management, bracken and bramble clearance,grassland management, hedge laying and fencing, willow clearing, dam building, dipping platform building and coppicing.
- A recent celebration event was enjoyed by the volunteers.

This initiative aims to increase physical activity of people and improve mental wellbeing through encouraging access to Local Nature Reserves and other green spaces.
