Target: Wellbeing posted Pendle Pre PQQ Mentoring Service (news) A PQQ is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire used during the commissioning process. The PQQ enables the contract manager to ascertain who is fit to tender. The PQQ is sent out prior to the tender specification in order to ensure that the potential provider meets the necessary requirements.
Target: Wellbeing posted NHS Forest (news) The NHS Forest is an exciting national project coordinated by the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare. The project’s central aims are:
- Improving health of staff, patients and communities through increasing access to green space on or near to NHS land.
- Greening the NHS Estates and with a target of 1 tree per employee amounting to 1.3 million trees.
Target: Wellbeing posted New UK Grant to Help Older People Manage Their Money (news) Comic Relied has launched a new interim Older People's grant programme for 2012 that will support projects across the UK.
As part of its commitment to supporting older people, Comic Relief is providing grants for projects that will help people 65 years and older to cope with the difficulties of the current financial environment.
Target: Wellbeing updated People's Postcode Trust- Small Grants Programme (news) The People's Postcode Trust aims to make Scotland, England and Wales a better place for both people and nature and acts within the following six fields of operation: poverty prevention; advancement of health; community development; public sports; human rights; and environmental protection.
Grants range from £500 to £10,000 for those in Scotland and England and up to £5,000 for those in Wales.
