PROJECT UPDATE 2012
The project has put together funding bids for both of BIG's Sustaining Change, and Impact funds.
- Bridge funding from Target: Wellbeing and Public Health Manchester has enabled them to extend the project for an extra 3 months, till the end of March.
- 287 beneficiaries achieved thus far - well exceeding targets.

The aim of the Women’s Wellbeing Project is to work with women refugees and asylum seekers to improve their overall wellbeing, particularly their mental wellbeing. “I now know I have qualities that can bring change to other people…I can make a difference in the future” Particpant.

The Women’s Wellbeing Project activities directly contribute to Train 2000 achieving it’s overall mission to provide quality enterprise and employment services for women, to improve the economic position of all women and in accordance with its underpinning values of being inclusive, innovative, working in partnership with others and striving for quality.
